The renovation of this unique property near the Pentagon includes painting the exterior of the apartment community and remodeling the common areas!
Exterior:
- Full Exterior Paint
- We will demo two concrete planters, existing canopies and the storefront
- Installing a new wrap around canopy, new concrete sidewalk with stairs and ADA ramp with handrails at the new storefront entry with stucco
Interior:
- Full interior paint of residential corridors and elevator lobbies
- Demo of carpet tile at elevator lobbies and install wood plank tile
- Demo carpet tile in fitness room and install rubber tile flooring
- Demo tile, vanity tops, and partitions in men’s and women’s restroom and install new floor and wall tile with stainless partitions and solid surface vanities
- Demo existing light fixtures throughout and install new light fixtures
- Demo the complete interior of the Leasing Office and install new tile, carpet, millwork with solid surface tops, wood feature wall, and a water vapor fireplace
