As FTK’s Director of Site Operations, Jesus oversees all Superintendents and field operations company-wide. He has been at FTK since 2013 and was previously Site Operations Manager before beginning his current role. As Director of Site Operations, he drives day-to-day processes, procedures, high standards of service, and strategic planning of production through the implementation of technology.
